2 YEAR WARRANTY
Isky is dedicated to manufacturing the finest products
available on the market.
If however something should fail to operate properly please contact our customer
service department for assistance in resolving any conditions under the warranty
policy.
Warranty on Parts
Isky carries a 2 year warranty on all equipment and
components/parts it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
under conditions of normal use. Should failure occur on components/parts within
2 years of the original purchase date, Isky may repair or exchange system, components/parts
at its discretion to satisfy the normal working condition of the system.
To qualify, purchaser or installer must call Isky
and explain conditions of the failure, acquire authorization to replace the component/part,
attain an authorization number for any components/parts to be returned. Isky
will ship (Ground only) at no charge, a replacement system component/part. Any
charges incurred, other than ground shipping including express freight will be
the responsibility of the purchaser or installer.
The purchaser or installer will be responsible for
proper packaging, shipping and charges incurred for return of the defective components/parts.
The customer or dealer will return the defective item with the required authorization
number to Isky Inc.
Labor Warranty
Products manufactured by Isky carries a one (1) year labor warranty
when the product is either returned to the Isky factory or is serviced at an
Isky authorized repair center. If a unit is repaired at a non-authorized repair
facility, Isky will only pay a flat rate for the services that are preauthorized
by Isky. If purchaser decides to have repairs or services performed by a non
Isky authorized repair facility it is the full responsibility of the purchaser
for any charges that exceed the flat rate that is paid by Isky.
Any cost of labor for field service or alignments, removals, disassembly
of any components/parts manufactured by Isky must be pre-approved. Isky will
not reimburse the purchaser or installer if a service labor authorization number
has not been issued prior to the services rendered.
Limited Warranty
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty excludes damage due to wind, lightning, power surges, fire, flood
or any other act of nature, accidents or at the hand of others. This warranty
does not cover any alterations or modifications of warranted equipment by other
than Isky. Transportation/shipping to Isky on warranted or non-warranted items
shall be paid by the purchaser.
Installation Warranty
This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation or set-up adjustments,
or signal reception problems.
Isky shall in no event be liable for the loss of any equipment, or consequential
damage, including but not limited to damages to other equipment resulting from
the installation or operation of the Isky system.
Warranty exclusions
Isky warranty does not warrant any component /product not manufactured
by Isky including but not limited to the receiver, LNB, and dish face. Any non-warranty
component must be referred to the OEMof that component/part.
Warranty Qualifications
To receive the benefits of this warranty; you must complete and return
the enclosed product 'Registration Card within 15 days from date of purchase.
Returns
Any item being returned to Isky must be accompanied with an authorization
number, properly packaged and addressed to: Isky Attn: Returns
Department 1960 South Milestone Drive Suite A Salt Lake City, Utah 84104
Replacement Parts
Isky may send components/parts to either the original purchaser or the
installer.
Product Improvements
Isky reserves the right to make changes in the design or make improvements
to its products without any obligation to incorporate those same improvements
in any product previously manufactured.
Misrepresentation
Isky has not authorized anyone to make representation or warranties
other than warranties contained herein.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights which may vary from state
to state. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or
significant damages, or allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty.
